The Ask — a considerable increase in site visits and the subsequent sale of 2 BHK Nikoo Homes and 3 and 4 BHK Leela Residences.
Pink Lemonade worked in collaboration with Bhartiya City to identify target areas, and launched a two-week test campaign across social media — the campaign tested different advertisement formats, creatives, and messaging. The outcomes were then translated into a nine-month lead generation plan. The agency handled Nikoo Homes’ social media, as well as contributed to the social media of The Leela Residences, with the aim of building the idea of an independent community within a city.
We refreshed content buckets based on Bhartiya City’s four pillars — learning, health, culture, and community. The creatives we put out focused on the features and amenities of the Nikoo Homes property, and on the building of a like-minded community. The content was based on the nostalgic theme of old Bangalore, which is the inspiration behind Bhartiya City.
